First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study compares two different chemotherapy drug combinations to find out which is more effective for treating advanced head and neck cancer that hasn't been treated before. About 128 adults with stage IV cancer of the throat, mouth, or voice box will receive one of the two combos. Researchers will track how long patients live without the cancer growing and note any side effects.
