New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This is the first study in humans to test a new experimental drug called HDM2006. It aims to find a safe dose and see early signs of whether it can help control advanced solid tumors in patients who have already tried standard treatments without success. The study will enroll about 48 adults with various advanced cancers to monitor safety and how the drug behaves in the body.
