First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study follows 175 pregnant people who have a blood type mismatch with their baby, putting the baby at risk for hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN). Researchers will track how often babies develop severe anemia, need blood transfusions before birth, or face other serious complications. The goal is to better understand the risks and outcomes under standard care, without introducing any new treatment.
