New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

NCT ID NCT05892718

Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new drug called HCB101 for advanced cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects in up to 80 adults with advanced solid tumors or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Researchers will give increasing doses to small groups of patients to see how the body handles the drug and if it shows any early signs of fighting the cancer.
