New drug combo enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat lung cancers

Summary
This is an early-stage trial testing a new drug called HC010 when given alongside standard chemotherapy to people with advanced lung cancer. The main goals are to find a safe and tolerable dose and to get a first look at whether the combination might help control the cancer. The study will enroll about 328 participants with specific types of advanced lung tumors that have limited treatment options.
