Oxygen therapy promises faster ACL recovery

Summary
This study tests whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy (breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber) can speed up recovery after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) knee reconstruction. About 40 adults aged 18-45 who need ACL surgery will receive either HBOT or standard care. The goal is to see if HBOT improves knee function, symptoms, and healing on MRI scans.
