First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental treatment called HB-200 for people with HPV16-positive head and neck cancer who have completed standard therapy but still show cancer-related DNA in their blood (detected by a special test). The goal is to see if HB-200 can control or eliminate any remaining microscopic cancer before it becomes visible on scans. About 7 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will monitor safety and survival.
