Summary
This study compares Hatha yoga and reformer Pilates to see which helps people with hyperkyphosis (excessive rounding of the upper back) improve their posture, reduce pain, and feel better overall. Researchers will measure changes in posture, balance, breathing, body image, and quality of life in 30 adults. Both exercises are expected to help, and the goal is to find out if one is more effective.
