New heart valve aims to fix severe leaks without major surgery

Summary
This study is collecting real-world data on the Harmony Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve (TPV), a device designed to replace a leaky pulmonary heart valve. It is for children and adults born with heart defects who have severe valve leakage and need a replacement. Doctors will track how well the valve works and how safe it is over six months after it is placed using a catheter, avoiding open-heart surgery.
