Summary
This study tests whether special vending machines (kiosks) placed in rural Kentucky communities can help reduce the spread of HIV, hepatitis C, and drug overdoses. About 752 adults who use drugs will use the kiosks to get clean syringes and other supplies. The goal is to see if these kiosks make it easier for people to stay safer and lower their health risks.
