Summary
This study is testing whether a practice called haptonomy can help first-time pregnant women and their partners. Haptonomy involves touch and connection exercises aimed at reducing fear of childbirth and strengthening the emotional bond with the baby before birth. The research will compare couples who learn and practice haptonomy for five weeks against those who do not.
