Summary

This study looks at whether haptonomy—a gentle touch technique—can help first-time mothers and their partners feel more connected to their baby before birth and reduce fear of childbirth. About 144 couples will be randomly assigned to receive haptonomy sessions or standard care. Researchers will measure attachment and fear levels using questionnaires.
