Summary
This study is investigating whether a simple handgrip exercise routine can improve blood flow regulation in the brain. Researchers will enroll 40 physically inactive young adults to complete 8 weeks of isometric handgrip training. The goal is to understand if this time-efficient exercise can benefit brain blood vessel health, which is important for long-term cerebrovascular wellness.
