Summary

This study tested whether a hands-on physical therapy technique, called fascial mobilization, could help new mothers experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome after giving birth. Thirty women in their first year postpartum with wrist pain, numbness, and weakness participated. Researchers compared the effects of this therapy on pain levels, grip strength, and hand dexterity.
