Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common hand therapy approaches is more effective for children with a type of cerebral palsy that affects one side of the body. Researchers will compare training that focuses on using both hands together versus training that focuses intensely on the weaker hand alone. The goal is to see which method better reduces muscle stiffness and helps children perform daily activities like dressing and playing more independently.
