Scientists test which hand workout boosts badminton performance
NCT ID NCT07438522
Summary
This study is testing two different types of hand strengthening exercises to see which one better improves hand function, grip strength, and endurance in competitive female badminton players. Over six weeks, one group will do isometric exercises (holding a position), while the other does isotonic exercises (moving through a range). Researchers will measure changes in hand skills, strength, and how long players can maintain their grip.
