Summary

This study looks at whether a special hand massage technique (su-jok) can help reduce pain and other symptoms like nausea during periods. Researchers will work with 60 women who have painful periods (primary dysmenorrhea) to see if this simple, non-drug approach works. The goal is to find a safe, easy way to ease discomfort without medication.
