New surgical anchor aims to fix finger injuries faster
NCT ID NCT07209605
Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for repairing a common finger joint injury. Researchers want to see if using a small internal anchor leads to better recovery than the traditional external pull-out suture method. The study will involve 12 adults with recent finger injuries, measuring which technique results in better hand movement and less skin irritation after surgery.
