Researchers probe link between 'Double-Jointed' hands and strength

NCT ID NCT07363564

Summary

This study aims to understand how common overly flexible hand joints are among university students and if this flexibility is linked to weaker grip strength. Researchers will measure the range of motion in finger joints and test grip strength in 400 students. The goal is to gather information that could help understand how joint flexibility might affect daily activities like writing.
