Summary

This study looks at whether teaching hand hygiene with cognitive behavioral therapy (a type of talk therapy that changes thinking patterns) can improve healthcare workers' awareness and beliefs about hospital infections. About 140 healthcare workers will take part. The goal is to see if this approach makes them more careful and reduces infection risks.
