Summary
This study tests whether adding cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to standard hand hygiene training helps healthcare workers better understand and prevent hospital infections. About 140 hospital staff will take part, and their infection awareness will be measured before and after training. The goal is to see if CBT can make hand hygiene habits stick.
