Ice hockey grip strength study aims to set new benchmarks

Summary
This study measures how strongly Swedish ice hockey players can grip with their hands. Researchers will test 800 male and female players from different leagues to create a reference chart of normal grip strength. The goal is to help coaches and medical staff understand strength profiles and support training and injury recovery. No treatment or intervention is given.
