Summary

This study is testing a small, implantable device called KeyGrip to see if it can help restore hand function in people with cervical spinal cord injury. The device uses mild electrical pulses to activate paralyzed muscles, aiming to improve grasp strength and the ability to hold and use everyday objects. Researchers will enroll about 20 participants to see if this approach is safe and feasible.
