Summary
This study tested two different hands-on stretching techniques, called muscle energy techniques, to see which one better improves hamstring flexibility in people with knee osteoarthritis. It involved 50 adults aged 40-60 who had both knee arthritis and tight hamstrings. Researchers measured changes in pain, stiffness, and how far participants could reach forward while sitting.
