Stretch vs. scrape vs. Self-Care: the battle for looser hamstrings

NCT ID NCT07174258

Summary

This study aims to find out which method works best to improve flexibility, balance, and physical performance in people with tight hamstring muscles. Researchers will compare hands-on massage, a special scraping tool technique, and simple home exercises. Forty-eight adults with visibly short hamstrings will be randomly assigned to one of the three treatment groups and tested before and after a four-week program.
