Three therapies tested to keep football players off the sidelines

NCT ID NCT05773404

Summary

This study compared three different therapy approaches to prevent hamstring injuries in professional football players. Researchers tested passive manual therapy, active exercise therapy, and a combination of both in 66 female athletes during their competitive season. They measured how each approach affected flexibility and range of motion to determine which might best prevent these common injuries.
