New Warm-Up program aims to sideline hamstring injuries in football
NCT ID NCT07484698
Summary
This study is testing a combined approach to prevent hamstring injuries in young male football players. It combines a standard FIFA warm-up program with a muscle release technique to improve flexibility and control. Researchers want to see if this combination is more effective at reducing injury risk than the warm-up alone, specifically for academy-level players in Pakistan.
