New scalp injections battle hair loss

Summary
This study aims to see which of two scalp injection treatments works better for common hair loss (androgenetic alopecia). It will compare a newer treatment called secretome injection with a more established one called platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection. The study will measure changes in hair thickness and density in 40 men and women.
