Summary
This study tests whether a daily nutricosmetic supplement can reduce hair loss and improve hair and scalp quality in 239 healthy women and men aged 18 to 65. Participants take either the active supplement or a placebo for 6 months, with hair density and other measures checked at 3 and 6 months. The goal is to see if the supplement works better than a placebo for hair regrowth and scalp health.
