First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study will look at medical records of about 900 male children and adults with hemophilia A in Iraq to see how the clotting medicine turoctocog alfa is used in daily care. The goal is to understand bleeding rates and treatment patterns, but the study does not change or interfere with the care patients already receive. No new treatments or tests are given—only existing information is collected.
