Can a simple habit trick ease your mind? new study tests Self-Compassion tool
NCT ID NCT05866718
Summary
This study tested whether adding simple tools to help form a habit could make it easier for people to regularly practice a self-compassion exercise. Researchers compared two online programs for adults: one with the exercise plus habit tools, and one with just the exercise. They measured how often people practiced, their stress levels, and mental health symptoms over six months to see if the habit tools led to better results.
