First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study compares two schedules for the H5N1 (bird flu) vaccine: getting the second dose 3 weeks versus 8 weeks after the first. About 312 healthy adults aged 18-59 will participate to see which timing provides stronger immune protection. The goal is to find the most effective way to use this approved vaccine in case of a bird flu outbreak.
