NCT ID NCT07242443

First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests two ways to take antibiotics for H. pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers. All 240 participants will take tegoprazan twice a day for 14 days. One group will take amoxicillin three times a day, the other twice a day—both with the same total daily dose. The goal is to see if the simpler twice-daily schedule works just as well and is easier to follow.
