Shorter, stronger treatment tested for common stomach bug
NCT ID NCT07352098
Summary
This study aims to find a better way to treat H. pylori, a common stomach bacteria linked to ulcers and cancer. It will test if a stronger, 7-day treatment works as well as the standard 14-day treatment. About 290 adults with a confirmed infection will try one of the two treatment plans to see which is more effective and safe.
