Summary
This study aims to find the most effective 14-day antibiotic treatment to clear H. pylori, a common stomach bacteria linked to ulcers. Researchers will compare three different drug combinations in 390 adults with the infection. They will also check if a person's genetics or antibiotic resistance affects how well the treatments work.
