First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study compares two 14-day antibiotic treatments for H. pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers and cancer. About 90 adults will receive either a levofloxacin-based or bismuth-based therapy. The goal is to find which treatment works better and has fewer side effects, especially in areas where standard drugs are losing effectiveness.
