Summary

This study aims to find out how common H. pylori infection is in people newly diagnosed with stomach cancer in the French West Indies. Researchers will test tissue samples from 100 adult patients to look for the bacteria. The goal is to better understand why stomach cancer rates are higher in this region compared to mainland France.
