New stomach bug treatment shows promise in large trial

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug called anaprazole, combined with other medicines, can better treat H. pylori infection compared to a standard treatment. About 556 adults with H. pylori will receive either the new or standard therapy. The goal is to see which approach clears the infection more effectively and safely.
