Summary
This study tests three different anti-ulcer medications (Dexlansoprazole, Lansoprazole, and Vonoprazan) combined with two antibiotics (Levofloxacin and Amoxicillin) to treat H. pylori infection. About 942 adults in Pakistan will take one of the three treatments for 14 days. The goal is to see which combination works best to clear the infection and improve stomach symptoms.
