Which surgery works best for male breast reduction?
NCT ID NCT07485309
Summary
This study compared two common surgical techniques for reducing enlarged male breast tissue (gynecomastia). Researchers randomly assigned 64 men to either a traditional excision method or a newer 'pull-through' technique to see which led to better patient satisfaction and cosmetic results. The goal was to help doctors choose the best surgery for each patient based on how severe their condition was.
