Summary
This study tested whether a new drug called GV101 could help people with obesity lose weight. Researchers gave 131 healthy adults with obesity either the drug at different doses or a placebo (a dummy pill) for 16 weeks. The main goal was to see how much body weight changed and to check the drug's safety.
