Summary

This study looks at gut and vaginal bacteria in 20 women with premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) and 20 healthy women. POI causes early menopause before age 40. Researchers want to see if differences in these bacteria might affect ovarian health. Participants give blood, urine, stool, and vaginal samples for analysis.
