This study looks at gut and vaginal bacteria in 20 women with premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) and 20 healthy women. Researchers want to see if differences in these microbes are linked to early ovarian decline. Participants provide blood, urine, stool, and vaginal samples for analysis.
