Could your gut health affect fertility after cancer treatment?

NCT ID NCT07201259

Summary

This study aims to understand how a common cancer immunotherapy might affect fertility in young women. Researchers will compare the gut bacteria and hormone levels of 40 female cancer patients (aged 18-38) who have preserved versus impaired ovarian function after treatment. By analyzing blood and stool samples, the study seeks to learn if gut microbes play a role in these fertility outcomes.
