Summary
This study looked at 42 healthy adults to understand how the length of their gut and the bacteria living there affect how well they absorb energy from food. Participants had MRI scans, ate controlled meals, and provided stool and urine samples for analysis. The goal was simply to learn more about these relationships, not to test any treatment.
