Summary

This study tests a supplement made from butyrate and polyphenols to see if it can improve gut health and reduce symptoms like bloating, gas, and stomach pain. About 124 adults with ongoing digestive discomfort will take the supplement and report changes in their symptoms and gut bacteria. The goal is to find a simple way to ease common gut issues.
