This study aims to find and identify helpful bacteria (probiotics) from stool samples that can increase butyrate, a compound important for gut health and reducing inflammation. Researchers will collect samples from 25 healthy adults aged 20 to 80 and use lab techniques to isolate bacterial strains. The goal is to discover at least 12 strains that could be used in future products to improve gut microbiota balance.
