Summary
This study tests whether a daily powder made from fermented oyster mushroom mycelium and microalgae can help healthy adults with mild stomach discomfort feel better and improve their mood. Over 30 days, 80 participants will take the ingredient and report their symptoms and mood through questionnaires. The goal is to see if this natural food ingredient supports digestive well-being and emotional health.
