Summary

This study aims to find and grow healthy gut bacteria from people who eat a lot of fiber. Researchers will collect stool samples from 10 healthy adults aged 20-50 who eat more than 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. The goal is to isolate specific bacteria that help break down fiber, which may lead to better understanding of gut health.
