Summary

This study aims to find and grow specific gut bacteria from healthy people who eat a high-fiber diet. Researchers want to learn more about these bacteria and how they might benefit health. Ten healthy adults aged 20-50 who eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and fiber will provide stool samples for analysis. No treatment or medication is involved.
